ALL AGREED PRICES PER NIGHT AND PER APARTMENT COMPRISE:

During summer season: the access to the swimming pool with sun beds and beach umbrellas;
The access to the toy garden for children;
The use of tennis table and bicycles;
The use of furnace, barbecue and dining area in the open air;
Water, light and gas for kitchen;
Remote control for the entrance gate and inner parking;

THE PRICES DO NOT COMPRISE:

Eventual additional bed in the Bilo/B and the Trilocale: €. 20,00;
Heating per night will be €. 10 for the bilocale/A. €. 12, for the bilocale/B and €. 15 for the trilocale;
Hiring linen not obligatory which includes large and small sheet and towels: €. 8,00 for the bilocale/A. €. 10,00 for the bilocale/B and €. 12,00 for the trilocale for each change;
Obligatory final cleaning: €. 15,00.

MODALITIES OF RESERVATION:

Deposit: 30% of the agreed price for the stay, to be paid upon reservation.

Balance to be paid upon arrival and before the handing over of rooms keys.
Pets are not admitted.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION:

In order to confirm your reservation, please e-mail us with your first name, family name, phone number and period of stay. A bank receipt of the 30% deposit is required to secure a booking and must be paid within one week of confirmation.
